Our Curriculum
Actual education through physical activity
Our research-informed curriculum develops fundamental movement
skills, confidence and understanding so every child can lead healthy,
active lives now and in the future.
From EYFS to Year 6, we build competence, knowledge and a lifelong
love of physical activity through a clear, progressive journey.

1. How our curriculum works
We put fundamental movement skills at the heart of everything we do.
PPSPE is delivered by professional, enthusiastic staff who are grounded in the principles of PE. We develop the ABCs (Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed), RJT (Running, Jumping and Throwing), KGBs (Kinesthetics, Gliding, Buoyancy, striking, with a body part) and CKs (Catching, Kicking, Striking with an implement) and many more.
Lessons follow a clear, progressive curriculum map from Early Years (EYFS) through Key Stage 1 and 2, ensuring skills are built, revisited and consolidated rather than taught in isolation.
